Application Procedure for MM2H

* Please note that Sponsor must be the Director of the MM2H Licensed Agent only.

STEP 1:
Documents to be provided to us for the purpose of submission

Download the package above with all the following documents below and fill ALL of the forms for the purpose of submission:

  1. Letter of Application
  2. Resume/CV
  3. Certified Copy of Passport
  4. 4 coloured passport-sized photographs (3.5x5.0cm)
  5. Original and Certified copy(s) of latest 3 months Current Account Bank statement with each month’s credit balance

STEP 2:

Letter of conditional approval issued by Immigration Department

 

 
 

STEP 3:

Applicant arrives in Malaysia

 

 
 

STEP 4:

Submit these supplementary documents (Certified copy) to us for the purpose of submission to the Immigration Department

  1. FD certificate: open a fixed deposit account with any bank/financial institution in Malaysia
  2. Letter of Good Conduct (police report from country of residence). This has to be done within 6 months after issuance of the Letter of Conditional Approval.
  3. Medical Certificate: possess a valid medical insurance in Malaysia for under 60 years old
  4. Medical report: Medical checkup done in private hospital/registered clinic in Malaysia
